Staking Plan Comparison
Compare staking strategies side by side — Fixed Stake, Kelly, Martingale, Fibonacci, and more — with simulated bankroll curves and risk metrics.
Staking Plans Compared
Fixed Stake - Bet the same amount every time regardless of bankroll. Simple and consistent, but ignores edge variation.
Fixed Percentage - Bet X% of your current bankroll. Stakes adjust automatically as your bankroll grows or shrinks.
Kelly Criterion - Mathematically optimal growth. Varies stake based on perceived edge and odds. Requires accurate probability estimates.
Martingale - Double stake after every loss, reset after a win. Extremely dangerous — exponential liability growth leads to rapid ruin.
Fibonacci - Follow the Fibonacci sequence on losses (1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13...). Slower progression than Martingale but still high risk.
D'Alembert - Increase stake by 1 unit after a loss, decrease by 1 after a win. Slower and safer than Martingale.
Paroli (Reverse Martingale) - Double after wins, reset after a loss. Capitalises on winning streaks with limited downside.
⚠ Risk Warning
Progressive staking plans like Martingale and Fibonacci do not create an edge. They only change how you distribute your money across bets. During inevitable losing streaks, progressive plans can destroy a bankroll in minutes. Fixed stake and Kelly-based approaches are mathematically sound.
